I went to Mold Alun Grammer School from 1963 to 1970 and I have had a strong link with Mold ever since. My husband became Cemetery Superintendent at Mold Cemetery so we moved to Mold in 1976, which really rooted our family in the community.

I worked at Barclay’s Bank in Mold from 1982, later, progressing to Branch Manager at Buckley in 1996. After retiring from banking in 2003, I moved into fostering and now work as a Shared Lives Carer, supporting a neurodivergent adult, something I find very rewarding.

My experience and strengths lie in finance, social care, wellbeing and mental health. I care deeply about people and their day to day experiences and I always try to support others in a practical and compassionate way.

I am approachable and always happy to listen to residents. I do my best to be available and to represent people fairly and honestly in everything I do.
