Who Deals with Planning Applications?

Mold Town Council’s Role
While Mold Town Council does not make planning decisions, it plays an important role in representing the views of the local community.
The Town Council is consulted on all planning applications affecting Mold and carefully considers each proposal before submitting its observations to Flintshire County Council. Following each meeting, the Council's observations are formally submitted to Flintshire County Council as part of the planning consultation process.
