I have lived and worked in Mold for over 40 years and I am proud to call Mold home. I am a practising solicitor and have always believed in giving something back to the community that ha supported me throughout my career. Over the years, I had had the privilege of serving as both Mayor of Mold and as a Flintshire County Councillor. These roles have given me a real appreciation of the importance of local government and the positive difference it can make to people’s everyday lives.

Community involvement has always been important to me, I am a former Chairman of the Mold and District Pub Quiz League and continue to serve on its committee, helping to support a long established local organisation that brings people together.

My wife, Judi and I have three children and nine grandchildren, who keep us busy and remind us how important it is to ensure Mold remains a great place for families to live, work and enjoy. We also share our home with our two cats.

As Town Councillor, I am a keen supported of the many festivals, markets and community events organised and supported by Mold Town Council. I believe these events play a vital role in bringing people together, supporting local businesses and making Mold an enjoyable place to live and visit.

Outside of council life, I enjoy following Welsh rugby and English cricket. As a Liberal Democrat, I line to think these interest have prepared me well for life’s inevitable highs and lows! I remain committed to working with fellow councillors, local organisations and residents to help ensure Mold continues to flourish for generations to come.
